These terms apply to the CUTASK closed beta. By creating an account or using a creator workspace, you agree to use the service only for lawful video-review work and testing.

1. Beta service

CUTASK is pre-release software. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. Important source media should always be retained in your own backup.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of uploaded videos, feedback, and project information. You confirm that you have permission to upload and share that material. Do not use confidential real-world material during beta unless you have independently assessed the risk.

3. Review links

Anyone holding an active review link can access the linked video version. You are responsible for choosing recipients and revoking links when access is no longer required.

4. Human decisions

AI output is a proposal only. CUTASK does not edit video, approve work, determine that work is fixed, or replace creator and reviewer judgment.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or expose another person’s confidential information without permission.

6. Availability and liability

The closed beta is provided as available for evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular production.

7. Feedback and changes

Product feedback may be used to improve CUTASK. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the date above.
